Burgers can be made from lots of different varieties of recipes, minced meat derived from beef, chicken, lamb or venison. Burgers aren’t just for beef lovers anymore. If you are a seafood fanatic, listen up. Here is a great recipe for a tuna burger.
Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, onion, celery, red bell pepper, mayonnaise,
Hot chili sauce, chili sauce, dill, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 4 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes to make the patties easier to handle.
Coat a non-stick pan with cooking oil drop patties in and fry for 3 – 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. These are fragile, so be careful when turning them, as they can crack and break away into pieces. Serve on buns with tomato slices and lettuce leaves and a good dab of mayonnaise. You can use some ketchup with your burger if you like and of course a bit of some homemade French fries.
