After you bake and eat this chicken, you will feel that it is one of the tastiest chicken recipes you have eaten.

  • 2 broiler chickens – cut into serving pieces
  • 1 tsp monosodium glutamate
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 16 oz can pineapple juice
  • 1 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut

Cooking Process:

Wash the chicken pieces and dry them with a paper towel. Once the chicken pieces are totally dry, powder them with monosodium glutamate and apply salt on both sides. Now, combine the slightly beaten egg and pineapple juice together, in a bowl. Then, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter in a plate. To this, add the flaked coconut and mix them properly.

Now, coat the chicken pieces with first pineapple and then coconut mixture, one by one. Take two baking pans and put a layer of foil on them. Place the coated chicken pieces into the baking pan. While you are preparing the chicken pieces, pre-heat an oven to 350 for about 40 minutes. Bake the chicken for 40 minutes. If you feel that the chicken pieces are cooking too quickly and are turning very brownish, cover the pans loosely with foil. Serve the pineapple flavored chicken recipe hot to give its true taste.
